We understand that unexpected things happen in life.

a.If you cancel your reservation 72 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund.

b.If you cancel more than 24 hours in advance, your booking fee will not be refunded, however, it will be transferred to your next booking fee.

c.If you cancel 24 hours in advance, your booking fee will not be refund. but you can nominate a family member or friend to enjoy the time and services you booking (the person you nominate does not need to pay again)

d.If you cancel more than 24 hours after contact us or do not contact us, 100% of the booking fee paid will be charged and will not be refunded.
