Cancellation Policy

We understand that unexpected things happen in life. We require cancellations to be at least 24 hours in advance.

a. If you cancel your reservation 24 hours in advance, you will receive a full refund. Or you can nominate a family member or friend to enjoy the session.

b. If you do not cancel 24 hours in advance, the full amount will be charged.

c. If due to our fault we are unable to provide a session on time we will refund in full or reschedule the appointment.
